Our mentee matching process is simple. After we finish our 30-minute screening phone call, we will have a better understanding of your area(s) of expertise. When we find a mentee that may be a possible match for you, we will email you the mentee's resume and profile. You can accept to be a mentor OR decline to be a mentor OR ask for more information about the mentee candidate if you need. If you accept to be a mentor, then we will send an introductory email to both you and the mentee. If you decline to be a mentor, then you can simply email us your decision (with or without explanation). We will send another mentee that may be a better match. Is this process clear and acceptable?
